Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients by conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
