Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulating customized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Implement and oversee individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Sustain strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Support families by providing psychoeducation and facilitating their involvement in the treatment process, promoting a stronger support system for clients during their recovery.

Qualifications\n
