Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, determining appropriate clinical diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with coping strategies during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and secure client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and treatment updates to enhance patient outcomes.

• Actively engage in the education of clients and families about mental health, including available resources and treatment options, advocating for the rights and needs of those you serve.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision, keeping abreast of advancements in mental health therapy practices.

Qualifications\n
