Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on clinical best practices and each client's unique cultural background.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to aid client recovery.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline objectives, therapeutic interventions, and progress tracking for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and educational staff, to ensure holistic care and proper referral management.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to address urgent client needs.
