Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, integrating various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals and corresponding interventions tailored to each client.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, providing a communal space for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for each client.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure clients’ wellbeing.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring that client records are detailed and confidential.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who come from various backgrounds and face different mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
