Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Thorough Assessments: Perform detailed evaluations of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools, which will inform individualized treatment plans.

• Provide Evidence-Based Therapies: Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address the mental health issues faced by children, adolescents, and their families.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage constructively with educators, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and respond effectively to clients' evolving needs.

• Offer Crisis Intervention: Deliver immediate support to students experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and referring them to appropriate resources as necessary.

• Participate in Community Outreach: Lead initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness in schools and local communities, helping to destigmatize mental health care and encourage proactive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues. Your work will rely heavily on sensitivity and cultural competence, allowing you to engage effectively with a diverse student body and their families, creating a supportive environment that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships, emphasizing empathy and trust with clients.

• Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to document client interactions clearly and accurately.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions and client management systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fast Pace Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
