Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable, low acuity adults who may be dealing with various mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC) enabling independent practice. Please note that we do not offer counselor supervision.

• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong computer literacy and reliable technology, including a computer with webcam and audio capabilities and a dependable internet connection for video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling. Familiarity with online counseling tools and methodologies is a plus, as this role requires both proficiency and comfort in a digital counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Serenity Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
