Our virtual office is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to support your practice, enabling you to minimize barriers to care for your patients while ensuring a conducive environment for therapy. Our structure promotes flexibility in work hours to meet patient scheduling needs, primarily operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to ascertain patients' unique backgrounds and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating strategies that resonate with patients’ cultural contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues while fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize situations effectively.

• Offer educational resources to patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment pathways, and local support services.

• Maintain detailed records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding mental health disorders and applying evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.

• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions, particularly with a focus on culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities and a calm demeanor when assisting patients in distress.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
