This position is uniquely remote, allowing you to work flexibly while still making a significant impact in the lives of our patients. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to cater to the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique challenges and strengths, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, customizing approaches based on each patient’s cultural background and personal experiences.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns, helping patients navigate their journeys toward improved mental health.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services promptly during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management abilities.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to share best practices, discuss case developments, and enhance collective knowledge around cultural competency.

You will help patients navigate specific challenges that arise from their varied backgrounds and experiences, addressing both their mental health needs and the socio-cultural factors that could impact their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies rooted in cultural competence.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy and familiarity with culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic techniques.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and the ability to remain composed during emergencies.

• Adeptness with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital applications pertinent to clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
