Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining a strong connection with our diverse patient base. Our team collaborates using advanced digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to provide seamless care. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify the unique experiences and treatment needs of patients.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual, honoring their cultural backgrounds and personal narratives.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health concerns, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance at all times.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and receiving guidance on best practices and cultural competency training.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapy trends, and community resources to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Avalid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A profound understanding of various mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive techniques.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations calmly and effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• A strong commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical practices, and confidentiality in all interactions.

• A capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
