Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse array of patients seeking mental health support through our telehealth services. Our aim is to provide equitable access to care for all patients and address the unique challenges they face, particularly those with limited access to traditional mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license, which includes: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area is preferred.

• Proven knowledge of mental health issues commonly encountered by patients seeking remote therapy, with experience in utilizing technology for therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create empathetic connections with patients and effectively work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for the telehealth environment is a plus.

• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, virtual setting.
