Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans that respect patients' cultural identities and individual experiences.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Thrive Space, you will work with a broad array of clients from multicultural backgrounds, including ethnic minorities, individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, and recent immigrants. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our diverse patient base receives empathetic, individualized care that respects their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
