Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing therapeutic support through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to various age groups and cultural backgrounds.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional, psychological, and social conditions to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives.

• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that reflect the distinctive needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to compliance guidelines and best practices.

• Utilizing appropriate telehealth platforms and electronic health records to ensure effective service delivery and maintain client confidentiality.

You will work with a diverse clientele representing various age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds. From adolescents dealing with anxiety and depression to adults navigating relationship challenges and families seeking guidance, your therapeutic expertise will meet the needs of each unique situation. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active, fully licensed designation (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice independently without supervision—note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• No disciplinary actions are allowed on your licensing history.
\n
• Proficient in making professional evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation decisions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
\n
• Technical competency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are considered advantageous:

• Previous experience in a virtual counseling setting, particularly using telehealth modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to the competitive salary, our benefits include:
