Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis situations, incorporating behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory standards in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate clients, assisting the clinical team in making informed decisions regarding treatment approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and programs to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with clients' goals.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation initiatives, demonstrating commitment to maintaining high organizational standards.

• Serve as a key liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

• Establish and sustain open communication channels within the community and promote the agency's mission by building relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, facing developmental disabilities, and others navigating the complexities of acquired brain injuries. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals understand their conditions, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory; we are willing to cover the costs associated with obtaining licensure in Arizona for counselors licensed in other states.

Compensation and Benefits\n
