Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' presenting issues, mental health history, and life circumstances to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions employing an array of therapeutic modalities that address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance misuse.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions focused on enhancing relationship dynamics, resolving conflicts, and improving communication strategies.

• Engage with families to identify systemic issues, encourage effective communication patterns, and support healthier family dynamics.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and anticipated outcomes for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
