Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to a diverse client base across the lifespan, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize the mental and emotional well-being of clients.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure seamless coordination of care and support.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, family dynamics, and trauma. You will work with individuals ranging from children to seniors, providing therapeutic support that addresses their unique experiences and goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current, full licensure to practice independently without supervision as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note that we cannot accept limited or provisional licenses, nor any candidates with recent disciplinary actions.

• Strong decision-making skills that allow for effective treatment planning and implementation based on professional evaluations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
\n
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for therapy sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred, ideally with a background in virtual counseling. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance your ability to meet the complex needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Resilience Retreat Psychological Services, we offer a competitive salary that ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your caseload responsibilities and experience level. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
