Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, including emotional, psychological, and situational factors.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and community resources to ensure clients receive well-rounded and comprehensive care, including referrals when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to remain current with evolving best practices in mental health treatment.

• Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing service delivery and improving program effectiveness to better meet client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing mild to severe mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to adapt your therapeutic approaches will be vital in fostering trust and rapport. You will focus on empowering clients through evidence-based techniques, allowing them to develop coping strategies and gain insight into their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in the state of Arizona as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in mental health counseling, ideally with a focus on outpatient therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions, leading support groups, or conducting workshops.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Previous involvement with community resources and organizations to facilitate collaborative care.
