This position will be primarily remote, offering flexibility while enabling you to reach clients in the comfort of their own homes. The typical work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a collaborative team, engaging in regular virtual meetings, case discussions, and ongoing clinical training to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals, integrating measurable objectives and regular evaluations of progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community, enhancing social connections, and supporting personal growth.

• Offer ongoing emotional support and guidance to clients coping with trauma, grief, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, ensuring responsive and empathetic care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, exploring certifications and additional training in specialized areas such as trauma, addiction, or grief counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of psychological challenges. You will engage with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and relationship issues. This role requires a culturally sensitive approach, ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected while receiving tailored therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid California State LMHC credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
