As a remote telehealth provider, you will operate within a flexible work environment that prioritizes the well-being of both staff and clients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and insurance guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to refine therapeutic practices and enhance the caliber of services offered.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

• Stay current with recent research and developments in the mental health field to continually improve service delivery.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele, including those struggling with common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
