Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, providing both individual and family therapy according to established clinical protocols.

• Complete necessary billing and documentation, including insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Create and execute crisis and safety plans as needed, along with relapse prevention and wellness strategies to promote sustained mental health stability.

• Prepare discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for clients, ensuring ongoing support as they conclude active therapy.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education, maintaining competence and expanding skill sets in evolving therapeutic practices.

• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with peers and align treatment goals, ensuring best practices are utilized in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals and families dealing with diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of age groups and cultural backgrounds, allowing for the application of your expertise in a variety of contexts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline that aligns with licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

• Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy, including individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your licensure and experience.
