Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients while establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships in compliance with professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the dynamic needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.

• Execute intake assessments for new clients to determine their mental health needs and establish subsequent treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and professionals to integrate care and improve client outcomes.

• Adopt a growth mindset to continually enhance therapeutic practices and respond to client needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on the youth population, providing therapy and support for adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. The LPC will work closely with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Creating a safe, supportive environment for young patients is crucial for empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
