This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to conduct sessions through our telehealth platform. We maintain regular business hours, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, which provides a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to promote individual growth and recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring precise documentation of treatment notes, assessments, and progress updates.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided and share insights on treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, giving them tools to support their mental health journeys.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field, integrating new evidence-based practices into your therapy approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
