Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through individual sessions, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools, and determining the most appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop tailored therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions, providing clients with the tools and strategies needed to manage and overcome their mental health challenges.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with colleagues and coordinating with other healthcare providers such as psychiatrists and social workers.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience conducting assessments and providing direct therapy to clients.
\n
• Profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural nuances that affect therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Expertise in delivering both individual and group psychotherapy using culturally responsive practices.

• Exceptional crisis intervention and de-escalation skills, with a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
