Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through detailed evaluations and diagnostic interviews, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this role.

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential; you should be able to build rapport and nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively work with a variety of populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation for this remote position reflects the expertise and dedication of our team members. The salary ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
