Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Offer individual therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, addressing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and transitional life challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and measurable progress goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health insights, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to foster a supportive environment.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

• Follow ethical guidelines as well as state regulations governing the counseling profession, with a strong emphasis on client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Show cultural sensitivity and competence in engaging clients from a variety of backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing outpatient therapy services.
