Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices while ensuring a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.

• Assessing and monitoring clients’ progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to create cohesive treatment plans that consider medication management and behavioral health interventions.

• Providing guidance to caregivers and family members in navigating behavioral health challenges and developing coping strategies to support their loved ones.

• Addressing and mitigating any behaviors that may impede the recovery process, employing motivational interviewing and other therapeutic techniques.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to families facing relational challenges. The LMHC will engage with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring treatment approaches to meet their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
