Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' substance abuse histories and mental health statuses, utilizing standardized screening tools to identify specific treatment needs.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that address both immediate substance abuse issues and any underlying mental health conditions, ensuring they are adjustable to the clients' progress.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions employing effective evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Specialized training in addiction counseling and familiarity with substance abuse treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills, capable of forming rapport and inspiring clients toward recovery.
