Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health through virtual consultations to understand their challenges and goals.

• Design personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs, which may include individual and group therapy modalities.

• Offer ongoing therapeutic support and guidance, regularly monitoring client progress through virtual check-ins and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and workshops, enhancing clients' understanding of mental health topics and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, when applicable, to ensure comprehensive care and provide referrals to psychiatrists or support services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, keeping abreast of best practices and integrating new techniques into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health needs. You will be supporting individuals experiencing various issues, such as substance abuse and mood disorders, and employing culturally sensitive approaches to tailor your methodology to meet each client’s specific context. Your understanding of cultural competence will be essential in fostering rapport and effectiveness in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is required, showcasing your ability to work effectively with a variety of mental health diagnoses.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed and effective in challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
