This position is 100% remote, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while ensuring flexibility in your work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential evening shifts depending on patient needs, allowing for a structured but adaptable schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments for patients entering treatment for substance use disorders to identify their specific needs, goals, and potential barriers to recovery.

Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  Must possess at least one year of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably within the context of substance use treatment.

  Valid licensure in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. In addition, we offer a competitive bonus structure and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
