Work Environment\n

This full-time remote role offers flexibility while allowing you to be part of a team that emphasizes collaboration and support. Although the majority of your work will be performed from your home office, the role requires regular communication with colleagues and participation in virtual team meetings. You will utilize various technologies, including electronic health records (EHR), to manage client information efficiently and securely. Employees can detail a work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, thereby facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement diverse evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to clients as individuals, couples, or families.

• Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical staff to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring holistic treatment pathways.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively managing situations that arise in a clinical and empathetic manner.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and community support resources to empower them in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. You will engage with a diverse client population, ensuring culturally competent and inclusive care in response to each unique background and experience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in New York State, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
