Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to establish comprehensive understanding of each client’s psychosocial history and mental health status.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, employing a range of therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing guidance and support as clients navigate their mental health journeys.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to enhance treatment plans and access appropriate referrals as necessary.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly, documenting all interactions and treatment modifications in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed and effective under stress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
