Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and circumstances.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies, tailored to client needs.

• Maintain a strong partnership with members of the interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure unified care and coordinated treatment efforts.

• Educate and empower clients' families by providing them with relevant resources and support, helping them to support their loved ones’ recovery journeys.

• Uphold meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and up-to-date license as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
