Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' unique challenges, defining their treatment requirements and identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address addiction, trauma, and underlying mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to tackle addiction-related issues, providing a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, evaluating the effectiveness of treatment interventions, and making adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's health and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, recovery processes, and coping techniques to empower them in their journeys.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring every client’s treatment history is documented accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with a range of issues, including substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
