Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing client-specific needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Complete documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, collaborating with the clinical team to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for clients.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of service delivery within the organization.

• Serve as a liaison to local and state agencies, as well as community partners, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to promote the values and mission of the Wellness Social Attend Center.
\n
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance service delivery, identify new opportunities, and secure funding sources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through conference attendance, workshops, and relevant statewide meetings.
\n
• Uphold the agency’s mission, values, and philosophies while performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele who may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, and substance use issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and it is crucial that the LMHC is culturally competent and capable of delivering tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
