This role is remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule conducive to your lifestyle, yet centered on a regular 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM workweek, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with patients experiencing trauma to understand their emotional and psychological challenges and provide supportive counseling.

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patient needs to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and create adaptive coping strategies tailored to each client.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate both staff and patients on effective stress and trauma coping mechanisms to foster resilience and personal growth.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with social services, healthcare providers, and community organizations to facilitate comprehensive support.

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism while completing continuing education courses to uphold National Certified Counselor certification.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
