Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments while considering how medical conditions may impact patients' mental health.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely assistance for patients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult patients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including those with co-occurring medical conditions. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and may be facing issues such as substance use, chronic pain, or autoimmune disorders. Your ability to empathize and provide culturally competent care will be key in connecting with and helping them along their treatment journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
