Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Engage in at least 28 client visits each week, providing therapy through various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to client requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions that promote client self-efficacy, enhancing their abilities to cope with challenges and maintain mental wellness.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at enhancing community support and resource sharing.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans in accordance with Washington State regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to client care when necessary, illustrating our commitment to integrated mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
