Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serene Reflections, your essential job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Support and Collaboration: Assist in scoring, interpreting, and reporting on psychometric assessments, ensuring comprehensive evaluations for clients.

• Supervision: Conduct supervision sessions in conjunction with the site supervisor and engage in small group supervision or seminar preparation, where relevant.

• Client Preparation: Thoroughly prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting necessary research to address specific client challenges.
\n
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, both electronically and in writing, including detailed case notes, assessments, and evaluations.

• Meeting Participation: Regularly attend staff meetings and clinical discussions to collaborate on treatment approaches and share insights on client progress.

• Resource Utilization: Identify and leverage agency resources, services, and systems to provide enhanced care for clients.

• Client Engagement: Conduct client consultations, collaboratively developing individual treatment plans that align with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $52,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
