Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks designed to support client recovery and mental health stabilization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and identifying their unique treatment needs.

• Developing tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address the individual challenges and goals of each client.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing best practices in therapeutic methods to foster engagement and progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Educating and empowering clients' families, encouraging constructive participation in the recovery process.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
\n
• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional counseling skills, with the ability to build rapport and instill motivation amongst clients in their recovery.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities to effectively engage with colleagues and clients alike.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants are encouraged to apply, staff with experience in telehealth services, group therapy facilitation, or specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will be given preferential consideration. Compensation and Benefits\n
