Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct needs of clients based on their backgrounds and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges. These may range from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach will help create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and working collaboratively on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW , or an equivalent mental health license is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with a range of mental health populations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Capacity to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is also advantageous, as it will facilitate a smoother transition into our remote work structure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
