Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• Serve as a crucial liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance client support and resource availability.

• Maintain clear and open lines of communication to meet contract standards and further the mission of mental health advocacy within the community.

• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote therapeutic programs and secure new alliances and funding for expanded services.

• Participate in personal and professional development activities including attending conferences, leading workshops, and representing the agency in various meetings and committees.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• A valid independent licensing credential such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to client care.

• Proficient knowledge of record-keeping procedures related to beneficiaries’ charts and compliance requirements.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation that is fully insured and compliant with relevant regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining talented professionals.
