Key Responsibilities\n

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant training sessions; represent Sierra Vista at state meetings, task forces, and committees related to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance with various mental health challenges. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral disorders. The counselor's empathetic approach and tailored therapeutic interventions will significantly contribute to the patients' journeys toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
