Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or those currently enrolled in a Master’s program, enhancing their professional development and clinical skills.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns and employing best practices and evidence-based techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resource providers to ensure comprehensive care that meets the holistic needs of our clients.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of tailored treatment plans that consider each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, documenting each session’s progress and updates in treatment.

• Stay informed of current research, evolving best practices, and advancements in therapeutic modalities to continuously improve service efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly serves an outpatient clientele, offering therapy to individuals across different age groups, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking to improve dynamics and communication. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license in Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Up-to-date professional liability insurance to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
