Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance and constructive feedback.

• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to individual clients, as well as couples and families, employing evidence-based practices that align with current research.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, partnering with healthcare professionals and community resources to create holistic treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans grounded in the specific needs and goals of clients, continuously assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.

• Stay abreast of advances in psychotherapy techniques, modalities, and best practices to contribute to an informed approach in client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Professional liability insurance to ensure coverage and protection in your practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting.
