Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master's programs, fostering their professional growth and clinical skills development.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, using therapeutic modalities that best fit the client’s situation.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' multifaceted needs.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they are aligned with best practices in psychotherapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation as per legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in therapy, and incorporating these insights into daily practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Care Psychological Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients needing mental health support. Our client population includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other life challenges. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, providing guidance and support that leads to personal transformation and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Current professional liability insurance.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in supervising or mentoring practicum students, helping them to refine their clinical skills and prepare for licensure.

• Previous work in an outpatient mental health setting, with a demonstrated understanding of treatment modalities and therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
