Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to be part of a supportive outpatient team. Although you'll primarily work from your home office, you will maintain regular communication with colleagues via virtual meetings, case discussions, and training sessions. Your coordination with local agencies and community providers will ensure clients receive comprehensive care. Additionally, we will provide you with the required tools and systems to ensure you can deliver effective mental health services from your preferred location.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions under clinical supervision to support clients’ recovery goals.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that promote social skills, coping mechanisms, and healthy relationships.

• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and incident reports, in compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engaging with community partners to establish and maintain referral sources for potential clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals experiencing perinatal mental health issues and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Hold a valid social work license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Have no history of medical malpractice claims verified by a third party.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Exhibit strong communication skills, with a talent for both sharing information and actively listening to clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
