As a fully remote team, we utilize telehealth to connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to offer professional services from the comfort of your home. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance by managing caseloads effectively—expect approximately 28 client visits per week in a structured yet flexible schedule. Regular team meetings and virtual check-ins ensure ongoing support and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other therapeutic modalities to promote client progress.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate, ensuring the highest standard of care and optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms, life skills, and self-care strategies to empower them in maintaining their mental health.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment approaches.
\n
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and supervision, integrating advanced skills into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse demographic, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. We embrace cultural competence and seek to provide care that respects and acknowledges the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. You will engage with clients through telehealth, making support and therapeutic interventions accessible to those in remote areas or those seeking treatment from the safety of their homes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or behavioral health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
