Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, providing empathetic and evidence-based support tailored to their individual needs.

• Encourage and guide clients on utilizing community recovery support options, including Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management, while providing clarity on how these support systems complement our services.

• Manage client relationships with a strong focus on clinical engagement, fostering a supportive and trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) at no personal cost, supported by the organization.

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, enabling you to practice independently in Washington State.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
