This remote position allows for flexibility in your work schedule, with required hours Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions primarily via telehealth, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to gather pertinent client information, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Provide ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention and referrals to additional resources as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client interactions, adhering to state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure best practices in care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Strong skills in assessment, therapeutic planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

• Competency with telehealth technology to effectively engage clients remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting, providing mental health counseling.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a willingness to integrate new methodologies into your practice.
