Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, enhancing their practical skills and therapeutic insights.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that support client recovery and well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tracking client progress and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state licensing regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay current with research findings, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methodologies to enrich the quality of care and enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our client population presents with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your ability to connect with clients and offer tailored support will be crucial to their recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.

• A valid State license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
